Cake Decorating Courses and Workshops are our primary business. We have a really modern approach to all Cake designs, including Celebration/Wedding and tiered cakes, gorgeous Mini Cakes and of course the ubitquitous cupcakes.   We offer cake decorating Masterclasses in all forms of decoration including teaching you how to create the most perfect Celebration or tiered Wedding Cake, how to pipe with royal icing creating beautiful filigree royal iced lace effects,  how to create the most perfect lifelike sugar roses and flowers,    Our work has been featured in and on the front cover of many top Cake Decoration publications and magazines and a special feature has been run on our workshops in the BBC Homes and Antiques magazine. Our aim is to create and teach the most unique and beautifully dressed cakes around, and to share our knowledge, techniques and skills in our Cake Decorating Classes, which cover a wide variety of skills and designs and always with a flair.  Our techniques used are the most advanced in the art of cake decoration and design and we teach everyone from complete beginners to Michelin starred pastry chefs (we have trained four to date) in the art of English cake design and decoration, so please do not be afraid that you are too inexperienced or experienced to join our classes - this is most certainly not the case - we have something to teach everyone.
